Founder & CEO
Peter Novak is a leading communications expert known for high-stakes speaker coaching and presentation strategy. Trusted by C-suite executives and senior leaders from top global companies, he shapes powerful presentations that drive major business outcomes. Specializing in clear speech for non-native English speakers, his inclusive delivery model is backed by extensive training in phonetics and linguistics. Previously a tenured professor and co-founder of the Performing Arts & Social Justice Program at the University of San Francisco, Peter holds a doctorate from Yale University, with influential research published by Cambridge University Press and others.

Managing Partner
As Managing Partner of SSG, Alex has become known for his ability to hone laser-sharp narratives and help speakers deliver with authenticity and ease. He's worked with executives and leaders at the world's top companies to find deep connection to their audiences so that they can build trust and influence through their communication. He firmly believes in communication as the undercurrent that carries all work towards successful business outcomes, regardless of industry. His background in theatrical performance forms the foundation of his approach to successful communication. Alex holds a MFA in Theatre Education from Boston University, and a MA in Classical and Contemporary Text from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

With over thirteen years as a sales leader and business strategist, Jill Angelone has made significant waves at notable organizations. She led high-performing sales teams through Lyft’s IPO and managed substantial revenue growth at Color and Fortune 100 companies like AT&T. Holding a BA in Economics and Theatre Arts, Jill blends analytical and creative skills, building strong client relationships and driving innovative strategies in both corporate giants and dynamic startups.

Director of Operations
Nancy Pasko is an accomplished operations leader and project management expert with a diverse background spanning technology, government, and education sectors. Recognized for her strategic approach to complex challenges, Nancy consistently delivers results by optimizing processes and fostering collaborative environments. Her experience encompasses crisis management, technological innovation, and organizational development. A Georgetown University alumna, Nancy holds a Master's in Emergency and Disaster Management and is dedicated to driving positive change through inclusive leadership practices.
